Breeze Floor & Window Cleaning did an OUTSTANDING job on our saltillo tile floors! We had Jared clean our floors back in 2018. He had us on file and didn't have to come out and give an estimate. He knew the square footage and all the rooms, including the bathrooms. He gave us his price; we knew the quality he takes in his work; and we said yes. The first day, two young men arrived at our house 20 minutes early and stripped the floors within four hours. The next day, Jarod started his magic. He showed up early and started shining the saltillo tile from 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. It looks as if it is a sheet of ice covering the tile, with NO SLIPPAGE. My wife and I would give Sea Breeze Floor & Window Cleaning a 5+ if we could. ~ Steven R

This company is absolutely fabulous at their job. I was moving out of a rental and had them come to clean all my windows and floors (which included tile and carpet) When they were done, I went in to inspect and what a wonderful surprise. The windows were spotless and it seemed that there was no glass at all, but it was like I was looking outside. Thank you Caleb. The carpets, which were never very clean when I moved in, were extremely dirty when Art came to clean them. He did a great job and I was impressed how good they looked. Jared and his crew at Sea Breeze Floor Cleaning are FANTASTIC! They provided a timely, reasonable estimate for our vinyl flooring to be stripped and waxed, as well as a timely appointment. They arrived on time, stayed on schedule, and cleaned all nooks and crannies of the flooring thoroughly before applying the protective coatings. They restored our old vinyl floor to like new. Joseph from Sea Breeze Floor came out to clean our carpets, tile/grout today. He did an amazing job. Arrived well within the time window provided and sent a txt to let us know he was on his way. Our carpets look amazing and the grout lines look brand new. I was concerned they wouldn't come clean they were so dirty but they are beautiful. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos. The whole house smells wonderful. Highly recommend. I also just found out they do windows too. Will definitely have Joseph back in the Spring for some window cleaning. Call them. I have had Sea Breeze Floor & Window Cleaning take care of our upholstery, area rugs, carpets, tile/grout and windows over the past 4 years and I WILL NOT go anywhere else! They are so professional, thorough and courteous. I have an area rug which I considered getting rid of if they couldn't revive it and bring it back to life. The Sea Breeze team is great! Joseph & crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and finished efficiently. We have several cats so a few rooms were closed off and I instructed them not to open them. The door of a non-cat room got shut by mistake so that room was missed accidentally. I called them as soon as I realized (I should have checked before they left), and they came right back and finished it up! They acted like it was no trouble at all. On time, efficient, friendly, extremely reasonable charges, and did an excellent cleaning job on my rugs the four times I have used them. On their first visit I had one carpet, old and quite grungy I was about to have replaced, but after the guys worked on it, it looked like new. No need for a new carpet. This time Sea Breeze tackled the Saltillo tile on my kitchen floor. It was dirty-looking and dull. Jerod and Mike did an excellent job of steam cleaning and sealing. It looks like a brand new floor. This was the second time I used Sea Breeze Floor and Window Cleaning. I had purchased two chairs that I wanted them to clean, an ottoman, and the back of a chair that one of my cats jumped on after getting a glue pad stuck to him. The chair with the glue needed some extra TLC, and Jared and his crew did an excellent job on every item. Sea Breeze cleaned our carpets top to bottom in our 2 story home and did a fantastic job! Art & Michael were very professional. I was impressed at the thorough clean, they were very careful, and my carpet looks and smells great! Took about 2 hours for them to clean our home. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend! 👍 Suggest taping plastic over your doorway to keep out the flies! The hoses are about 4 inches inches wide, so whatever doorway you use will have to be slightly open during the cleaning, FYI. ~ Jill E

I started using Sea Breeze over 15 years ago! A loyal, happy customer. Professional, immaculate cleanliness, they have cleaned our tile grout, carpet, asian rugs, throw rugs, furniture and more. Our poor lab Derby had cancer and was so sick before diagnosis and then chemotherapy. My husband and I thought we would have to have new carpeting and couch after her treatments. I had the standard grade carpet that came with the house, cleaned after 15 years. It’s a light colored, medium traffic areas. It was time for a refresh, and I’m so glad I was directed to Seabreeze a locally owned company!
